These terms apply to mindfulowl.yoga and the Mindful Owl Yoga app, operated by Yoga Universe, LLC, doing business as Mindful Owl Yoga, 11517 Highway 92, Suite 113, Woodstock, GA 30188. By creating an account or booking, you agree to these terms and to:
- our Liability Waiver, which applies to every class, workshop and event;
- our Studio Policies, including cancellation, no-show and refund rules;
- our Membership Agreement, if you buy a membership;
- our Privacy Policy and, if you opt in to texts, our Text Message Terms.
Your account
Keep your login details private and your contact and payment information current. You’re responsible for bookings and purchases made on your account.
Bookings and payments
Prices, schedules and teachers can change. Bookings and payments are processed by our scheduling provider, Mariana Tek. All purchases are final, as described in our Studio Policies.
Our content
Text, photos, videos, logos and class names on this site belong to Mindful Owl Yoga or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use. Don’t copy, republish or sell our content without written permission.
Information on this site
We work to keep information accurate, but schedules and details can change, and the site is provided “as is.” Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Links to other sites
We may link to sites we don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Mindful Owl Yoga is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of this site. Claims related to classes and events are governed by our Liability Waiver.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date. Continuing to use the site or app means you accept the update.
