Polina is the owner of Mindful Owl Yoga, a studio born from her passion for continuous growth and discovery. She believes the yoga mat is a training ground for life, where students develop skills that extend beyond physical poses—cultivating mindfulness, resilience, and inner strength. Even after 20 years of practice, she feels she’s only scratching the surface of yoga’s depth. During her 200-hour teacher training, she was inspired to create a space where students can explore, grow, and find balance. Leaving behind a successful corporate career in finance, Polina now fully dedicates herself to sharing the transformative power of yoga.

Jena
Jena is a passionate 500hr certified yoga instructor who aims to create a welcoming space for everyone to explore their yoga practice. She incorporates a total body experience in her classes with an emphasis on connecting breath and movement. Her goal is to help people live more holistically and fully. Whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, her classes are designed to help you find balance, strength, and inner peace. Join her on the mat for a transformative journey!

Adrienne
Adrienne is a 200 hour yoga instructor who has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Adrienne hopes yoga will help others quiet the mind, sit with emotions, and find peace while mindfully moving the body. Adrienne offers hands on assists to help with alignment, deepen poses, or provide extra grounding. Spreading wellness and holding space for others is an important part of her life as she is also a mental health counselor.

Judi
Judi is a personal trainer and a former Firefighter/EMT.
She leaned into yoga when training for her first marathon and never looked back. She has since brought yoga to people everywhere she sees a need. Including youth athletics, first responders and schools.
She loves witnessing people connect to themselves through the practice. She strives to make every person feel connected and empowered on and off their mat.
She believes deeply in the power of breath, following intuition and that movement and sweat are the best medicines.

Reg
Reg has been practicing and teaching yoga for more than 20 years. He is a retired U.S. Air Force Veteran and has taught yoga at several top studios in the Atlanta area. He enjoys practicing and teaching Alignment, Vinyasa Flow, Power, and Ashtanga-based yoga styles. His classes are always fun, creative and challenging! Reg has studied anatomy and physiology and is certified in Thai Yoga Bodywork Techniques. Keen to proper alignment principles and safe adjustments, his students appreciate his thorough instruction and hands-on assists.

Carolyn
Carolyn’s path through Universal Yoga has been deeply transformative. This holistic system intertwines various yoga traditions to harmonize and balance all layers of life, from the physical to the spiritual. Through her over 1000 hours of training under Master Andrey Lappa and annual retreats in Nepal, Carolyn has mastered techniques that enhance not only the body but also the mind and energy. Universal Yoga crosses traditional boundaries of yoga practice, incorporating dynamic asanas, mindful sequencing, and dual practices that challenge and align.

She loves how yoga brings people together, fostering an environment of support, growth, and understanding.

Megan
Megan is an E-RYT 500 and RPYT-certified yoga instructor with a Master’s in Exercise Science. She discovered yoga’s transformative power in college, using it for recovery, stress relief, and healing. In 2020, she developed her own 200-hour teacher training. With a background in dance, Megan blends movement, anatomy, and alignment in her teaching. She offers a range of classes, private lessons, and workshops on Ayurveda, arm balances, and meditation, creating a space for healing and growth.

Philip
Philip is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with a deep passion for guiding students toward a stronger mind-body connection.
