Meet Megan, see how the weekends work, and ask anything, including “am I ready for this?” No commitment.
You don’t have to want to teach
Most people come to understand their own practice more deeply. Some go on to teach. Both are good outcomes. We keep the group small on purpose, so everyone gets real feedback and real attention.
You need a consistent practice, at home or in the studio, and curiosity. You don’t need a perfect handstand.
What you’ll study
Asana + alignment
Pose breakdowns, cueing, props and modifications for real bodies.
Anatomy
How bodies move, and how to keep students safe.
Sequencing
Building a class with intention, from first breath to savasana.
Breath + meditation
Pranayama and meditation you can practice and teach.
Philosophy + ethics
The Yoga Sutras, the yamas and niyamas, and yoga’s roots.
Teaching practice
Finding your voice, holding a room, and getting real feedback.

FAQ
Will I be certified to teach?
Yes. The program runs through Megan’s Yoga Alliance–registered school (RYS 200). Graduates can register with Yoga Alliance as RYT-200 teachers.
Is my practice strong enough?
If you practice regularly and want to learn, you’re ready. Teacher training is about understanding, not advanced poses. Bring the question to an info session and Megan will give you an honest answer.
What if I miss a weekend?
Missed hours can be made up by video recording, another training or workshop, or a private session with Megan ($100/hour). Up to 45 hours can be made up. Let Megan know before the weekend you’ll miss.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 30 or more days before the start and you get everything back except the $500 deposit. Within 30 days, the deposit plus 50% of tuition paid is kept. Once training begins, tuition is non-refundable. If the program is cancelled, all payments are refunded.
I’m already a member. What happens to my membership?
It pauses at no charge from February through June, and you get unlimited classes as a trainee. It resumes automatically after graduation.
